Exchange 2007 "Routing master has been deleted".
BackGround: Running Exchange 2007 in a (2) node cluster with (1) CAS/HUB Server. Upgraded from single 2003 box 6 months ago.Problem:I'm running the ExBPA and it gave me an error that my "Routing Master has been deleted", but it's referring to my old Exchange 2003 server that has been off of the network for 6 months. Nobody else has admitted to changing anything.I followed the suggested ExBPA link and it suggested using ADSIEdit to make changes to the Distinguished Name of the MSExchangeRoutingGroupMasterDN, but I'm a relatively new Exchange Admin and I've never used ADSIEdit and heard it can cause problems if not done just right.Ideas? Suggestions? Sympathy?Eric C.

Hi Eric, You may take System State backup of your AD before doing your operations since ADSIEdit.msc directly access AD partitions. Your are safe and cant be in trouble until you delete anything by mistake so you can go through step by step procedure available in article. BTW, you dont have any Exchange 2003 server in the environment so you are safe since pure Exchange 2007 environment doesnt use admin groups and routing groups but ExBPA checks all standard recommendation so you are getting that error in it so go ahead and correct it.
